I have supplied binary versions of the program for
macs (Migrate-N for MacOS 10.12, Migrate-n for MacOS 10.6+) and
windows (Migrate-N for windows).
For other platforms you will need to download the program from here: Migrate website new versions (use the version 4.2.14 for macs and windows, for unix use the newest src distribution and unpack and configure/make on your system.)
